At Journey to Me, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to serving our customers with clarity and integrity. This Refund Policy explains the terms that apply to purchases made through our website, checkout pages, and email invoices for physical products, digital products, and coaching services.
By purchasing from us, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Physical Products
This section applies to physical goods sold by us, including printed journals and, in the future, other physical merchandise such as apparel, mugs, and similar items.
We accept returns only for physical products that arrive damaged or defective.
To request a return or refund for a damaged or defective physical product, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@purposealignedliving.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or defect.
If your return request is approved:
- we will provide return instructions,
- we will cover the cost of return shipping, and
- we will issue a refund to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected, or, at our discretion, without requiring return of the item when appropriate.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- buyer’s remorse,
- incorrect orders placed by the customer,
- normal wear and tear,
- minor variations in color, print placement, or appearance that do not affect the functionality of the product.
2. Digital Products
This section applies to ebooks, PDFs, downloadable guides, and other digital content we may offer now or in the future, including courses, memberships, and downloadable resources.
All digital product sales are final. Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital purchases once access has been provided or the product has been delivered.
An exception may be made in the following limited circumstances:
- you were charged more than once for the same product in a duplicate purchase, or
- you did not receive access due to a verified technical issue on our end and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.

3. 1:1 Coaching Services
This section applies to one-time coaching sessions and multi-session 1:1 coaching packages.
Single Sessions
Single coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be treated as missed sessions and may be forfeited at our discretion.
Coaching Packages
For coaching packages, clients may request a partial refund for any unused, unbooked sessions, unless otherwise stated in a separate coaching agreement, invoice, or offer terms.
No refund will be provided for:
- completed sessions,
- missed sessions that were forfeited under this policy,
- digital materials or resources already delivered,
- time already spent on intake, preparation, review, support, or related services already rendered.
If a coaching package includes digital materials, worksheets, recordings, or other downloadable content, no refund will be issued for those delivered materials.
We reserve the right to deny rescheduling or treat sessions as forfeited when there is a repeated pattern of cancellations, late changes, or non-attendance.
4. Group Coaching and Workshops
Payments for group coaching programs and workshops are generally nonrefundable once the program, workshop, or access period begins.
If a group coaching program or workshop includes digital materials, downloads, recordings, or private-access content, no refund will be issued after those materials or access have been provided.
If you cancel before the scheduled start date of a live group program or workshop, we may, at our sole discretion, offer:
- a credit toward a future offering,
- a transfer of your seat to a later session, or
- a partial refund, less any nonrecoverable administrative or processing costs.
Any specific refund or transfer terms stated on the sales page, checkout page, registration form, or invoice for a particular program will control over this general policy.
5. Payment Plans
For eligible purchases of $200 or more, we may offer payment plans.
By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Payment plans are not subscriptions that can be canceled simply because you choose not to continue participating.
If you stop participating in a coaching program, group program, or other service purchased on a payment plan, all remaining installments will still be due unless we state otherwise in writing.
Missed payments may result in suspension of access to services, content, or program materials until the account is brought current.
6. How to Request a Refund or Return

- your full name,
- order number or invoice number,
- date of purchase,
- product or service purchased,
- reason for the request, and
- any supporting documentation, including photos for damaged or defective physical items.
We may request additional information before approving any refund, return, or credit.
7. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable processing period for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the refund relates to a damaged or defective physical product and we determine otherwise.
8. Chargebacks
If you have a question about a charge, please contact us first at hello@purposealignedliving.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
Initiating a chargeback after receiving a product, digital access, or coaching services, without first contacting us to seek resolution, may be considered a violation of this policy and any applicable service agreement.
9. Policy Visibility and Purchase Terms
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through our website and email invoices. We may also present additional or more specific terms at checkout, on a sales page, in a coaching agreement, or in an invoice. In the event of a conflict, the more specific written terms for that product or service will control.
