I used to be an insecure, hurt, and exhausted Christian woman who felt stuck in a life that looked successful on the outside but felt empty on the inside.

For years, I dreaded going to work. I was burned out, stressed, and silently suffering. No matter how well I performed, I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was made for more; that there had to be a deeper meaning and purpose to my life.

Somewhere along the way, I lost touch with who I was. My days were filled with routines that drained me, and my own desires and dreams slipped quietly into the background.

But God didn’t leave me there.

Through His grace, I began a journey of realignment; facing insecurities, healing from depression, releasing perfectionism, and letting go of toxic people and limiting beliefs that held me back. Slowly, He transformed a broken, uncertain woman into a confident, healed, and joyful wife, mother, and daughter of God.

In April 2021, God made my calling clear: He called me to become a coach. That moment was one of the most freeing and affirming days of my life, the answer to a long-time prayer. I finally understood my unique purpose.

Today, I help other Christian women experience the same kind of holistic alignment that changed my life — spiritually, emotionally, relationally, and practically. Through faith-based coaching, I teach biblical principles and actionable strategies to help believers live purpose-aligned lives that reflect God’s design.

My vision is to see a community of empowered followers of Christ living with clarity, joy, and impact; ambassadors of His Kingdom who walk in purpose every day.

I’m Rena, founder and CEO of Journey to Me, LLC, a life-coaching ministry devoted to helping Christian women get on the right frequency for their lives.
