I used to be an insecure, hurt, and exhausted Christian woman who felt stuck in a life that looked successful on the outside but felt empty on the inside. I felt unclear about who I was and where my life was headed.

For years, I dreaded going to work. I was burned out, stressed, and silently suffering. No matter how well I performed, I couldn’t shake the sense that God had more for me, but I couldn’t see clearly what that meant or where He was leading me.

Somewhere along the way, I lost touch with myself. My days were filled with routines that drained me, and my own desires and dreams slipped quietly into the background.

But God didn’t leave me there.

Through His grace, I began a journey of healing and rediscovering clarity – facing insecurities, healing from depression, releasing perfectionism, and letting go of toxic environments and the limiting beliefs that I carried about myself. Slowly, He transformed a broken, uncertain woman into a confident, grounded, and joyful daughter of God.

In April 2021, God made my direction clear: He called me to become a coach. That moment was one of the most freeing and affirming days of my life. The answer to a long-time prayer. For the first time, I understood how my story, my faith, and my heart for others came together in a clear calling.

Today, I help Christian women rediscover the same kind of clarity that changed my life — clarity about who they are, what season they’re in, and where God is leading them next. Through faith-centered coaching, I guide women to move from confusion and inner tension to confidence, peace, and direction grounded in God’s truth.

My vision is to see a community of women living with clarity, joy, and faithful courage – women who know who they are in Christ and walk forward with trust in His leading.

I’m Rena, founder of Journey to Me, LLC, a Christian coaching ministry devoted to helping women gain clarity about their identity and direction in each season of life. I’m also a wife, mother, psalmist, lifelong learner, and introverted comedian who loves seeing women step into the freedom of who God created them to be.
